Damien's at FOSDEM over the weekend so probably won't answer until
early next week but as far as I'm aware all the packetization is done
through the openh323 (or opal for the current dev version) libraries
which support the base protocols of h323 and in the case of the dev
version sip as well. So you'll probably be best looking at the cvs
versions of either openh323 or opal. you can find out details of the
two at either www.openh323.org or www.voxgratia.org. Opal would
prbably be your better option as it replaces openh323 and is where all
future development would be done as its designed to support multiple
protocols such as h323 and sip (as well as possibly iax in the
future).
