If the stuff is sent, the timer for the REGISTER is started. We have the
problem, that while one register on one interface succeds ( timer is
stopped ), on the other interface ( ethernet ) the timer gives us a
timeout and we see registration failed after it succedes.

A second thing is that OpalTransportUDP::WriteConnect sould stop after
one sucessful attempt to one interface. If the REGISTER succeds for one
account on one interface and fails on another interface we have a
problem... ( we reach a server ex: sip.qsc.de on both interfaces! )
