[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] V4L2 pwlib plugin and sn9c102-based

Hi, all,

I just bought a cheap sn9c102-based camera (well, two of them, you know) I wanted to use on gnomemeeting. The problems are

	1) there is only a V4L2 driver for them (with NO compatibility to V4L1) so the V4L pwlib plugin can't access the camera properly
	2) that driver supports only Bayer color format (no RGB, no YUV!)

I wrote to the drivers'author, that told me his driver WON'T support any other color formats, so what I need is a V4L2 plugin for gnomemeeting/pwlib supporting both V4L2 and Bayer -> RGB color conversion.
I heard Damien Sandras was on his way on writing a V4L2 video driver for pwlib.
If I could figure out to get his code (even incomplete) I can try and integrate the code for Bayer conversion into it (there are some suitable one of which is provided by the driver's author) and test the camera.
There might be other solutions, but this is the quickest I can think of.

this is the dmesg output from the camera driver:

usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using address 3
usb 2-2: SN9C10[12] PC Camera Controller detected (vid/pid 0x0C45/0x6025)
usb 2-2: TAS5130D1B image sensor detected
usb 2-2: Initialization succeeded
usb 2-2: V4L2 device registered as /dev/video0

and his is a link to Luca's (the driver's author) site:

	Let me know,
