The free MS compiler works just fine, using make (just like the gnu
tools).

vcbuild is a completely seperate program intended for use with the
full package.

When I first saw it, I though vcbuild was intended for use with the free
package. But now I know it is not, so we can ignore it. My apologies for
the confusion, but I am learning about the free compiler just like
everyone else :)

If we want to use the free MS compiler, then we need to build a make
file that will work with it.
