Of course not.
I plan to release 1.00 after 0.96 in one or 2 months. It is not possible
to add SIP support in so few time. Moreover, I think it is more an
objective for 2.00 than for a 1.00 version. SIP doesn't add
significantly and user visible functionalities, and integrating 2
protocols inside the main GUI will be hard in a usability point of view.
Will users need SIP? How will users know that a gatekeeper is an H.323
thing and a SIP proxy the same for SIP? Will we allow to the same client
to register to both a gatekeeper and a SIP proxy? What will be the
default mode of GM: SIP or H.323? Will the user understand that they
can't call Netmeeting with H.323?

Many problems to think about and to discuss. Integrating SIP is not
piece of cake and certainly not a 1.00 objective.
