Actually for me there are 2 bugs here :
- a GnomeMeeting bug (the start hidden which is not working correctly,
but it has a purpose actually, migras knows the problem)
- a window manager bug, my code has no influence on the borders, and Im
pretty sure that it couldn't be reproduced with sawfish or E.

Ill try to fix the start hidden bug now.
