Hello Pavlin,
you can use 'gdbus' to call the dbus interface from the commandline, it even has tab completion so it's easy to explore.
If you don't understand dbus well, my suggestion is that you install d-feet to visually explore the d-bus API

Hi.
How to start and stop video recording
in GNOME 3.28
via a shell command or any other way
from a Python script?
What do I know at this point?
1. The screen recorder is accessible via D-Bus at the bus name
org.gnome.Shell.Screencast, and provides a control object
/org/gnome/Shell/Screencast.
2. Increase the time limit:
gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys
max-screencast-length X
