Doubt on Localization Services "On" and "Off" strings

Hello.

The translation of "On" and "Off" string, introduced recently[1], should be small in length? I remember one string that had comment about adopting special character similar to 'I' and 'o' instead of, e.g. "ligado" and "desligado".
