Dear list, Writing a configuration window/dialog is boring. Why not be open for normal applications? Some of my opinions: 1) Glade-written UI 2) Shared library as module 3) GSettings as backend And then, Gnome-tweak-tool may be integrated into System Settings. :-) Or Mutt configuration panel will be here.
