[module] in git commit messages

Hi

Please use [$module_name] as prefix for GIT commit messages, so that
they show up when doing the release notes, if not, it makes it harder
for me to know what part of the code was changed by each commit, and
have to use 'git show $commit_id' for many of the commits.
