Themus removed from build

Hi,

I've removed the themus vfs-method from the control center build
although it's still available in SVN for the moment.

Since there was no way of discovering the themus:// method I suspect no
one was using it. Also, with the introduction of gio/gvfs I think these
methods are no longer supported anyway.
