Removing obsolete files from SVN

Hi list,

Christian Persch has filed bug 395392 in which he asks whether the following
obsolete directories can be removed from SVN:

archiver/
root-manager/
debian/
capplets/file-types
capplets/localization
capplets/mime-type
capplets/rollback
capplets/url-properties
capplets/wm-properties

Sebastien proposed to discuss this on the mailing list, so let's do that.

FWIW, I fully support removing that stuff. If someone really wants to work
on any of that code like Sebastien mentioned, it can be added back without
a problem. That's one of the reasons we use SCM, isn't it?
