yeah, this makes sense, right? What other people think?

I don't like it. I agree it doesn't really fit in with keyboard, but it's
even worse for screensaver. While they both lock your screen, the
screensaver is supposed to kick in when the machine's idle, and t-b
when the user's not idle. I wouldn't even begin to think about looking
for such an option in the screensaver settings. Keyboard settings feels
much more appropriate than that.

However, what about removing the options from the capplet completely, and
just making them a settings window for the t-b panel applet?
