Mouse Cursors in Theme Preferences

Following on from the recent capplet integration discussions, I'd like 
to bring up bug 338744 [1]. This is about moving the mouse cursor theme 
options into the theme capplet. Several people have brought this to my 
attention recently because there was a request that gnome-themes could 
somehow install a default cursor theme for Clearlooks, thus bringing up 
the idea that metathemes should contain cursor theme information.

Would anyone object to moving this functionality? [2]
