The interface is quite nice and using one tab for both options and
sounds is better but I'm some notes on the topic.

The dialog doesn't fit on a 800x600 screen and some people are going to
bug about that for sure ...

What happens to the applications sounds too? Maybe the dialog should
have some button opening an extra window for that?
