Probably doesn't "have to be", provided that shortcut is well
documented-- especially as it isn't used anywhere else for anything
similar, as far as I recall off-hand. That doesn't mean it mightn't be
a good thing for it to be more explicitly navigable anyway, though.
One way to improve the discoverability of the keyboard shortcuts
would be to add a context menu item duplicating the function of the
"button".
Another disadvantage of the pseudo-button is that it does not behave
like an active ui element in that it does not have any prelight or other
indication of clickability.
