[gnome-women] IRC Channel and Wiki

Hey,

over the last year I only noticed spam and unanswered questions in 
#gnome-women on IRC. I would suggest to close the channel since I think 
it's worse having a place where people waste their time trying to get 
in touch than having no channel.

I think https://wiki.gnome.org/GnomeWomen should be updated accordingly 
and the Facebook group removed as well.

Also, the Wiki page had no update since 2014, but the page sounds like 
"GNOME Women" is a thing. So far, I didn't felt like this group 
actually exists?

I would love to get some feedback!
