[gnome-women] Logo Concept Vote is Now Open

Hi guys,

OK so it took a while :) but all of the logo contest submissions are in
and I've set up a voting page so we can vote on the logo:

Keep in mind when you are voting that this is a vote for logo concepts,
not logo rendering, so these are not final versions of the logo we'll be
using.
