At the Gnome Design Team homepage ( https://wiki.gnome.org/Design ) there is only a broken link to the Adwaita UI Theme. This one is broken : https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/tree/gtk/resources/theme/Adwaita

(I already reported this to this mailing list.)

I've fixed the link on the wiki. In future I'd suggest that you have a go at fixing these yourself - that's what a wiki's for, after all! :)
