Hi All,
After playing around on wptest.gnome.org (nice work BTW) I was reminded
of the 'projects' functionality talked about on the old plone site. Is
there a plan to give application authors an easy way to create homepages
on the new website?
e.g. http://wptest.gnome.org/projects/cheese/
Sounds hard to do for 3.0 (planned initial launch of the page), but
maybe during the 3.2 cycle (anytime after the release).
Or is live.gnome.org/name going to be the default/recommended homepage
for projects. If lgo is the desired home, is there any plans to update
the theme?
Wiki for the projects have always felt like a backup plan to me. If we
do it properly in wordpress we can get a lot of stuff for free. The wiki
will be updated to the new look & feel, it's just a matter of hacking
together the right css. Will work on that next week.
