Outdated GtkGLExt

The project that is hosting GtkGLExt has a very old version of GtkGLExt available on the website:
http://projects.gnome.org/gtkglext/download.html
This version requires pangox on Windows.
Of course you could say just get the git version (which I have); and it fails to compile after bootstrapping in mingw.
Please update the download link or provide better direction on compiling the git version.
