Under "GNOME Development" page [1] you can find source code repositories.

We are migrating our repositories from SVN to GIT (git.gnome.org).

The "GNOME Development" page [1] should be updated to point to GIT.

If you are interested by full GNOME source code, I would suggest you
to start using JHBuild. You can find some documentation here:
