need help, i found a man who try to do windows business software with copyrighted materials, including the gnome's 'foot'

I found a software all copyrighted by a man and this guy put lots of
pictures in this, includibn the gnome's 'foot'

it's unbelievable how offendous is to find such pictures in softwares
form business.

Do Gnome's community have Lawyers? where do i can send the software and
website for you to try and see? and find the others pirated pictures?
