outdated link, bad link or permissions

It appears that the GIMPnet <http://www.xach.com/gimpnet/> link is 
outdated. 
Also, going to "GNOME wiki" [ http://gnomesupport.org/wiki/ ] gives "You 
don't have permission to access /wiki/ on this server."
Finally, the gnome.org contact page doesn't list web page contacts, so 
I'm hoping these generic go somewhere useful.
