We will prepare detailed deployment instructions when we are ready, when
those deployment instructions would be as similar as possible to the
final deployment instructions. I choose not to get the GNOME sysadmins
involved before then.

Now that Ramon has (or soon will have) a svn account, we can get moving
towards that.
