[wgo] Problem inserting image

I have uploaded on image in the Images folder (package.png) and then
I'm trying to insert it in a page (Get Started), following the
instructions at
http://learnplone.org/documentation/tutorial/quick-start/placing-images-on-pages

When I click the "Insert image" icon I don't get any window. All I see
is part of a green bar like appearing behind the tools bar of tghe
editing window, and there is little else I can do than going back with
my browser (Epiphany 2.16.1).
