3 men and a wgo release

Murray and Ramon have been chasing me efficiently so I could open
explicitly the game and propose a very basic plan to have the site
released.  As agreed with both I have posted it in Planet GNOME so
everybody is aware:

Basically now all the responsibility relies in Murray (content and
interface with sysadmins), Ramon (homepage and Plone migration) and I
(homepage and feedback via bugzilla).

Please file bugs against http://gnome.jardigrec.eu (product "website",
component "www.gnome.org" as soon as Ramon says the home is ready and
Murray says content is ready.
