pk-config

Not strictly a Gnome problem, but,

I have a Darwin-ports file # $Id: Portfile,v 1.26 2005/11/03 23:42:36 
toby Exp $

which tells me the homepage for pk-config is
http://pkgconfig.freedesktop.org/wiki/

now the current release 0.21 seems to be OK from
http://pkgconfig.freedesktop.org/releases/

but the wiki page(s) appears to contain a large amount
of "un-related" material, so I'm not sure to trust
the contact addresses given there.
