Documentation licenses and gnome legal group

The web list is discussing what license to use for web
content.
Quim Gil writes on gnome-web-list gnome org:

> I forwarded this topic to the legal group that is
being formed in GNOME.
> Luis Villa also thinks that double licensing GFDL +
CC by-sa can be a
good solution, he will come up with something specific
one of these
days.

Does this legal team know about our problems with the
GFDL and documentation?
Are any of our problems relevant to the web pages?
