I am (historically) a user of gtkmm and an acquaintance of Murray. And yes, in order to alter the IP address of gtkmm.org, Murray can change the DNS fields of his domain from DNS15.REGISTER.COM and DNS16.REGISTER.COM to point to alternate name servers of his choosing. I'm ramping up a "data center" in the local peering building. I'll know if it all ramps up correctly in about 3 months. If the server is still online then, it will likely stay on for quite some time afterwards. So, if you're talking about a long-term move, I'd be happy to help. If it's urgent and time-sensitive, talk to others :) web folks: If there's a magic wand you need to wave in order to allow me to officially answer yes to questions like this in the future, please let me know off-list.
