2.10 notes broken/portugese

The 2.10 release notes have been strangely portugese for at least a few
weeks:
http://www.gnome.org/start/2.10/notes/

This is because everything here is being installed to notes/ instead of
sub-directories:
http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnomeweb-wml/www.gnome.org/start/2.10/notes/Makefile.am?rev=1.5&view=markup

Even the .png files for the figures/ subdirectories are being thrown in
to the top of the notes/ directories. That page only shows the
screenshots because they were once installed to the correct path.

I can only guess that it's something that changed in rules.common:

Any ideas?
