Strangely, I actually didn't see this even though it was right in front
of me. After looking at about 5 pages, and then looking more closely, I
suddenly realised that there was another menu bar at the top.

I think it's because it's grey. My mind ignored it, thinking it was part
of the browser, and not part of the page. I might just be strange.
