Yep, that seems the most convincing to me, though we lose out on having
nicely archived pages of previous events with the $YEAR.guadec.org domain
names - perhaps we can figure something out for that.

Disagree on both of those - I would like to decide on a strategy before
diving gung-ho into this. What we choose to do now will have an impact on
what we can do later on. g-w-l is the right place to make this kind of
strategic decision.

I do, but I want to make sure we're doing it the right way first. Thus my
