art & themes has foundation, but not the other way around

I just noticed that http://art.gnome.org/ has the foundation link at the 
top, but at http://foundation.gnome.org/ there is no link to art.gnome.
It also seems that in the contact, download and About GNOME pages the 
user page is highlighted.
Is there any better solution to this than to manually put the same 
header code on every page, like apache include or php include?
