I'd be glad to help you.  You could send me a package to install.  I'm
working on a new XSL-FO to remake the other guide PDFs we lost a few
weeks ago.  Do you have the XSL-FO that I could use?  Is that style FREE
such that I could nick parts of to make a new XSL-FO.  Do you use FOP to
make the PDF, or some other tool?
