gnomeweb-wml not updating again

I added a new page, but it's not showing up yet:

It looks like some files arae missing from cvs, though they don't
actually stop the build on my local system:

configure.in:175: required file `scripts/perl/Makefile.in' not found
configure.in:175: required file `scripts/php/Makefile.in' not found
