I could help here like I did with 2.4 one (but without forgetting
anything...).

You need an cvs account, a shell account inside widget.gnome.org, and
you need to be inside the web group (I don't remember the exact name).

If you have those rights I could explain you anything about it, I
suppose it's easier for you do it yourself than wait for other people
spare time.
