Contact page revised and commited

Thanks everyone for the input. I've committed the contact page. It
should show up soon on w.g.o and will be accessible from the navigation
link. It looks pretty clean and I thought we should let more users see
and comment on it.

I still think it could use another round of revision. It works by
itself, but I think it is out of place in the context of w.g.o. It is
focused on the Foundation, implying that people are finding f.g.o.
I'd like to add a similar contact page aimed at users seeking support
and developers seeking projects and docs. I don't think I can though
until I get a better sense of what we want the site structure to be.
I see w.g.o as a hub for f.g.o, d.g.o, a.g.o, and even gnomedesktop.org.
The hub site should remain a resource site for software, organizations,
sites, a summary of GNOME and how to get it. Regular users are not well
represented. I think a reorganization of the information is need to
make pages like commsupp.html more prominent for users.

Is there a master plan somewhere? Or a set of use cases for the GNOME
sites?
