I've updated language bindings proposal at
http://members.cox.net/sinzui/dgo/lang.html
It has text and layout changes.

I cut the phrase.

The ratings are gone.
This page uses a revised default.css:
http://members.cox.net/sinzui/dgo/default.css
which contains an instruction that sets the top and bottom margins of
common block elements so Moz-based and IE-based browsers follow the same
rules. The CSS adds exceptions for headings:
p, blockquote, pre, ol, ul, dl, form {
margin-top: 0em;
margin-bottom: 1em;
}
h1 {
margin-top: 2em;
margin-bottom: .5em;
}
h2 {
margin-top: 1em;
margin-bottom: .5em;
}
h3 {
margin-top: .8em;
margin-bottom: .2em;
}
There is another page that uses h3 help and you can compare
http://members.cox.net/sinzui/dgo/help.html
with the current site to decide if the change is acceptable.
