gnome.org/about/

I've updated gnome.org/about/index.wml- I'm not sure how that gets
updated on the website, though. :/ I think the content is decent
(hopefully slightly more focused than it was previously) but the
formatting is arse. Anyone from web team who wants to make it cleaner,
more valid, whatever... go for it :)
