Luis, I'd be happy to help with this. From what I can tell so far, it
looks good in Mozilla.

Netsape 4.x "features":
- The bottom "submit" table is all black (can't read text).
- Transparent PNGs show white background.

Konqueror "features":
- Same black table problem as NS 4.x

I'd like to propose a major simplification of the tables used. Rather
than relying on 3 tables (!) to do the border and background color, can
we use one table with the CSS border-color attribute? This attribute is
ignored on NS 4.x so it will just be a colored box without a border (no
biggie).

Also, should I bother to redo the PNGs so that they supply a background
color to match the table or just leave this as an artifact on browsers
which don't do transparent PNGs correctly (IE < 6, older Opera, NS 4.x)?
