The file read part of the viewer is copied from the nautilus-text-view,
i dont try it with webdav, but think must work.
For the write support i have bad news, this is a viewer, use the SAX
parser and can view really big files but not is easy write the file to disk.
I am thinking make another view with write support using DOM and a
widget similar to XmlSpy, but this is another project.
