As we seem to see, it's hard to decide whether it would be more efficient to
have all content on a page reside in the top 90%, or let it continue below.
The solution that I have used in sites in the past, though, has been to go
about integrating the site content in a newspaper like manner. Basically,
summarize the page at the top, and get deeper and deeper as the page goes
on..
