Sometimes the (s)ftp methods may return NULL MIME types but flag that
the returned MIME type is valid.
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=330625 has the details.
Maybe we should assert this in Nautilus and/or GnomeVFS
(gnome_vfs_get_file_info, gnome_vfs_directory_list_load).
