debugging gnome-vfs

Hi, Im trying to step into gnome-vfs functions from gdb, especially from
gnome-vfs-uri.c cause Im testing a bug, but I havent suceed. I
downloaded gnome-vfs-2.10.1.tar.bz2 and extract,configure and make, then
I go to libgnomevfs dir and when gdb any file it didnt show the source
in gdb. I tried with configure --enable-profiler as I think that provide
-ggdb functionality. Any idea ?
