It looks pretty good to me now on a technical level. The only very minor
point I have is that "Since:" was only comitted to gtk-doc after version
0.10 was released, but a gtk-doc 1.0 release is going to be made any day
now, so I wouldn't be too worried about that (it doesn't break the build
to have it in there right now, anyway).

There may be some small places where the documentation itself looks a
bit odd (e.g. the extra '>' that Alex noted), but they will hopefully
be picked up as people read through the documentation (although my
experience has been that typos and brain failures in the developer docs
survive for a very long time, since nobody seems to proof-read the API
documentation).

I think it would be good to let this patch go in now so that Diego (and
others) can then work on completing the actual documentation.
