RE: ctrl+q keyboard accelerator patch for gnome-dictionary

Hi Emmanuele,

I appreciate you guys picking this up and merging it in. I'm glad to help out where I can.

I wanted to get this into the upstream official gnome utilities sources so it would then make it out into distributions for widespread use; fedora in particular. Do you think I should also open a bugzilla with them as well, to poke and say, "hey, can you include this updated version now and push it out?". I'm happy to run my own mods on my machine, but it would simplify my life, and be better overall, I think, for this improved version to make it out into the wild.

Hi Gabriel;

I saw that Felipe pushed the patch and closed the bug. Thanks for your contribution!

GNOME Dictionary is, currently, in maintenance mode, so code review and changes are on a purely limited effort basis.

Ciao,
 Emmanuele.

Hey all,

I submitted a patch about a month ago for gnome-dictionary via bugzilla to make gnome-dictionary behave properly when ctrl+q is pressed, i.e. close itself.

I noticed that nothing has been done with that yet. Is there no interest in this, or is there some other reason why this cannot or has not yet been merged in to the main source tree yet? I would like to see this change incorporated into gnome-dictionary.
