[ANNOUNCE] Gnome-utils 2.15.90 - "The Piccolo Snare"

Good news everyone!

Here's to you the first beta release of the GNOME Utilities package!
Some nice improvements are available in this release, like the sidebar
UI rework inside the Dictionary, or various compilation fixes that
should make life easier for packagers and user building from scratch.
And, obviously, many bugs have been fixed.

      the file name.
