I've got gnome-doc-utils installed to /usr from Portage. Incidentally
I installed it from CVS and now I've got it in /usr/local too. There
is a /usr/share/gnome/doc-utils/gnome-doc-utils.make, which is where
it is located on my Ubuntu system as well.
