Crash with no info - Unconfirmed bug

So what do we do about bug reports like:

No trace information (by the way Vincent, how could you interpret the
last one and reassign it?), pretty much nothing at all other than "PDF
Viewer crashed". Can we contact the reporter? I'm assuming she's just
clicked on "Yes, inform developers" or equivalent?
Just wondering what the usual process for these kinds of reports are.
